A. The Information We Collect and How We Use It

PHRC uses website traffic analysis Google Analytics software to review trends and track visitor movement, but the information we gather is not personally identifiable. We gather personally identifiable information when you contribute to Pueblo Human Relations Commission online, or register for an event; when you complete a form or when you register to receive PHRC communications. We will occasionally send letters or emails to people who have made donations, registered for an event or requested additional information. PHRC does not share information about our supporters with any outside party/parties. However, from time to time we may send email on behalf of other organizations, but we do not provide them with access to any personal information.

When you make a donation to us through the Donate button on our website, PHRC receives your donation amount along with a copy of your contact information so we may acknowledge receipt of your donation for tax purposes, but we do not have access to your credit card number or other payment information.

When you make a donation in honor or in memory of someone and request that an acknowledgement be sent to another individual/family, we will use the name and address of that individual/family for acknowledgement purposes only.
